These are movement-based sessions designed to help you release, reset, and move at your own pace. We walk. We stretch. We co-work through what feels heavy or hard to begin. You do not need a plan. Just a place to start. I move with you.
Some days that means walking in quiet while your thoughts settle. Other days it means lying on the mat or finishing a task you have been carrying alone. We use the body as a way through. Not a performance. A reset. This session gives you back energy, steadiness, and the grounding to move forward in your own way.
